The Miracle Machine is an innovative new device that makes magic happen. It is a minimalistic looking winemaking device that is designed to sit on a countertop and uses grape concentrate, yeast and other ingredients to make wine.
Wine industry veterans Kevin Boyer and Philip James thought to themselves “If Jesus did it, why can’t we?” the question that turned an idea into a reality which was swiftly applied to the art of winemaking. They examined the chemical breakdown of the finest wines available and found they could replicate it using low heat and a controlled computer environment.
The Miracle Machine has a fermentation chamber that uses an electrical sensor to track fermentation, transduces, heaters, and pumps, creating a controlled environment that is optimal for the primary and secondary stages of fermentation.
The Miracle Machine is stuffed full of technology. The mobile app-controlled Miracle Machine condenses winemaking into an easy three-day process. The Machine can create many types of wines, including cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, pinot noir and sauvignon blanc.
The whole process can be controlled and monitored by the wine maker on their smartphone via Bluetooth technology.
Once all of the ingredients have been mashed together, the process starts and the app will monitor the mix as it works through the process of turning it into wine. Apparently, it is all too easy to produce a nice batch a wine, it starts by turning the Miracle Machine on and connecting the app, from here it is a simple process of following the on screen directions.
The device is self contained, with a built in thermometer, motor and processor, all designed to do all of the hard work.
The cost for the product is around $500 so that is a lot of wine to make and drink before you reach break even point, although that might not be the point as the fun is in the drinking.
It’s a product that people will universally be excited about – it turns water into wine after all!
